NAMA will be hosting a webinar on March 2nd at 3ET/2CT/12PT on the new IRS Issue Price regulations that go into effect this June.  Speakers will review the new regulations and how an issue price of a bond is determined for both negotiated and competitive sales.  While the final IRS rules do not directly impact municipal advisors, this webinar will help NAMA members understand issues that will arise for their clients when the new regulations are in place.   There is no cost to attend this webinar, but space is limited.
